to Angles Yoga
Yoga is a liberating experience at Angles Yoga; we teach you
how to understand your body from the inside so you can apply your new knowledge
to all of your activities. In this way, not only do you become fitter and
healthier you understand how to stay that way. You may find yourself eating a
healthier diet, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound (okay, maybe two
bounds), having more energy to play with your kids. You WILL have fun and reduce
your stress levels, some have lost weight (by practicing more often), and you
may begin receiving complements on your firmer body and glowing skin.
Sandra Nicht is an experienced Yoga educator and practitioner with over 20 years
of experience; at 52 years of age she has personal experience with the power of
Yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle to heal injuries and disease while
slowing down the aging process. While aging is inevitable, pain and suffering is
definitely optional - come learn the ancient secrets of India at Angles.
